Paul is a highly qualified senior structural engineer with over 35 years of technical experience. With both civil and mechanical engineering degrees, and a Diploma in Engineering Management and Structures, his prime skills are in the design of structures for materials handling systems and infrastructure.

Gary is a professional mechanical and structural engineer with significant experience in undertaking structural integrity related projects. With engineering experience across a number of continents and in a number of industries including mining, marine and offshore oil and gas, defence, aerospace and automotive, Gary’s specialisation in structural integrity has been developed and applied across a wide range of engineering applications including rail mounted mining machines and offshore fixed and floating structures; for purposes of structural compliance audits, inspection regime development, remedial repair support, structural life extension, and failure and collapse investigation.

Rodney is a highly motivated civil/structural engineer with expertise in structural design, project engineering and contract administration. Rodney’s expertise in structural steel and concrete design covers the following fields: materials handling, mineral process facilities, offshore platform modification, petro-chemical refineries, rail infrastructure, fuel storage and industrial pavements.

Joining the INTEGRAL team in 2015, Owen has extensive experience in the design of maritime structures, ports and jetties, oil and gas, civil structures, water and wastewater structures and materials handling structures.

Brandon Taylor is a mechanical/structural engineer with over 5 years of experience and has had a strong focus on structural integrity, particularly materials handling structures and assets in heavy industrial facilities. Over the years, Brandon has gained a broad cross-section of experience in conducting structural integrity investigations and rehabilitation of materials handling structures and machines.
